Healing Roots Studio aims to make https://www.healing-roots.in/ usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are continuing to improve access to our online yoga information and website features.

Accessibility features
The main studio page and Asana Guide include descriptive page headings, labelled form fields, text alternatives for images, keyboard focus indicators and skip links. The layout adapts to phone, tablet and desktop screens. Class information and prices are available as text.

The automated FAQ chatbot provides text responses, labelled controls and a scrollable conversation. It can be closed using its close button or the Escape key. It does not replace assistance from the studio.

Known limitations
Parts of the website are embedded within Wix pages, which may affect navigation and the experience with some assistive technologies. Some promotional images contain text that may not be fully reproduced in their image descriptions. Pose illustrations and photographs are supplied by different providers. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or comprehensive testing with all screen readers, browsers and devices.

We do not currently claim verified compliance with a particular WCAG level. We use accessibility guidance as a reference for ongoing improvements.

Online yoga sessions
Website accessibility and the suitability of a yoga class are different matters. If you need adaptations or an alternative way to receive class information, please discuss your requirements with the instructor when contact and registration become available. The studio cannot assess individual requirements through the automated chatbot.

Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, useful details include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and the browser, device or assistive technology used. Please avoid including unnecessary personal or medical information.

A dedicated business contact email will be added to this page when available. The practice planner and FAQ chatbot do not send messages to the studio, so they should not be used to submit accessibility requests.

Ongoing improvements
We will review reported barriers and improve the website where practical. This statement will be updated as website features and available support change.
